My Inside Out Approach
Style is not about clothes. Confidence is not about how you look.
Most style advice starts on the outside; what to buy, what to wear, what flatters your body, and works inwards, hoping the outside will eventually change how you feel.
In my experience this works briefly and then self doubt creeps back in.
I work the other way around.
Before we touch a single item in your wardrobe we begin with identity.
Who are you now? What do you value? How do you want to feel? What do you want your presence to say before you've said a word?
The work we then do flows from this foundation. It is rooted in who you actually are, rather than who you or anyone else thinks you should be and it lasts.
